Secundant

Terms of Service

These terms describe the expected use of Secundant during its early scheduling MVP. They are written plainly so first users can understand the product boundaries before creating or booking meeting portals.

Using Secundant

Secundant helps owners create meeting portals, share public booking links, collect participant availability, and keep confirmed meeting details in one place. You are responsible for the portals you create, the links you share, and the accuracy of the meeting information you provide.

Accounts and access

Owner access uses Google sign-in. Keep your Google account secure and use Secundant only through accounts you are authorized to use. Public portal links and guest confirmation links may act as bearer links, so share them only with the intended participants.

Participant information

Meeting portals may collect participant names, email addresses, timezone choices, booking selections, and availability responses. Do not submit information that you do not have permission to provide, and avoid adding sensitive details that are not needed to schedule the meeting.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar connection is optional. Secundant only attempts Calendar actions when a signed-in user chooses them from the product. Secundant does not silently create calendar events, add attendees, or send Google-generated invitations.

Email notifications

Secundant may send transactional notifications about bookings, availability receipts, and final group meeting confirmations when email delivery is enabled. These messages are intended to support the scheduling workflow and are not marketing emails.

Acceptable use

Do not use Secundant to spam participants, impersonate others, collect unrelated personal data, attack the service, probe private data, or publish unlawful or harmful content through meeting titles, descriptions, or participant inputs.

Service changes and availability

Secundant is an early product. Features, limits, copy, and behavior may change as the product is prepared for first users. The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability, data retention duration, or suitability for regulated workflows.
